Yelloweye Rockfish, Sebastes ruberrimus

The Yelloweye Rockfish has one of the longest lifespans of any creature on the globe--they can live to 120 years old!  As you might imagine their reproductive age is quite old as well.  Unfortunately this was not discovered until overfishing pushed this species to the brink of extinction.  In 2002 they were declared as Overfished, but not Threatened or Endangered.  Your purchase of this card helps the oceans creatures through1% for the Planet.

Notecard measures 4 1/2" x 5 1/2," includes an envelope, and comes in a clear plastic sleeve.
